permission is prohibited. Copyright of all content not otherwise acknowledged
rests with Kate Wilkey.
Our premises
Please note that Kate Wilkey Digital Imaging is an internet-only
business, and that, for reasons of insurance, we cannot allow visitors
to our premises. All jobs are handled digitally.
Privacy and confidentiality
All information given to us by you will be regarded as strictly confidential.
Your details will be used only for purposes directly related to our work
on your photographs, and will never be passed on or sold to any third
party.
Accuracy
Great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all information presented
on this site. However, Kate
Wilkey Digital Imaging
is not responsible for consequential loss resulting from any errors.
Copyright
Senders of photographs must either hold the copyright to those photographs
or have the written permission of the copyright holder. Kate Wilkey
Digital Imaging will not be responsible for any court action
resulting from breach of copyright.
Obscene or
illegal images
It is an offence to transmit, by post or electronic means, images showing
obscene or illegal activities. We will not hesitate to report the sender
of such images to the relevant authorities.
Quality of
Photographs
Kate
Wilkey Digital Imaging
can make a significant difference to a wide range of qualities of photograph.
However, some faults, such as heavy blur or camera shake, cannot be corrected,
and we will make this clear to the sender before commencing any job.
Loss
or damage
Kate
Wilkey Digital Imaging
will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit to or from us.
Prices
and Payment
No VAT is applicable on any prices shown on this site or supplied as a
quotation. Payment must be received by us before work is released to the
client. All quotes are valid for 3 calendar months from the date of issue.
Jurisdiction
Kate
Wilkey Digital Imaging
is situated in the United Kingdom, and contracts are entered into in accordance
with UK law. Any claims arising will be dealt with under the United Kingdom
legal system.
